At Agape Blossoms, we take great pride in the quality of our
handcrafted products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t
go as expected. Please read through our policy for returns, refunds,
replacements, and cancellations.


Refunds are processed for eligible returns or cancellations. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will assess your situation and, if eligible, issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that custom orders are not refundable unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.


We accept returns for damaged or defective products. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days with photographic proof of the issue. We will guide you through the return process and provide a solution, such as a refund or replacement. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the issue.


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer free replacements. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement at no additional charge. For exchanges (e.g., wrong size or design), please contact us, and we will work with you to accommodate your request, but please be aware that exchange shipping fees may apply.


If you’ve already requested a refund but haven’t received it after a reasonable amount of time, please check your bank or credit card account first. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank’s processing time. If it’s been more than 7 days and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@agapeblossoms.com, and we will assist you further.


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that period, custom orders or special requests cannot be canceled, as they will already be in production. To cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will process your cancellation request promptly.
