What are your flowers made of?

Our flowers are handcrafted from satin ribbons and fuzzy wires, offering a lasting and beautiful alternative to fresh blooms. Each flower is designed with care to resemble real flowers while providing a timeless keepsake.

How long do your flowers last?

Our flowers are designed to last indefinitely with minimal maintenance. Unlike fresh flowers, they won’t wilt or fade, making them perfect for gifts, décor, or keepsakes.


Can I customize my flower arrangement?

Yes, we offer both premade designs and fully customizable arrangements. You can choose your preferred colors, flower types, and styles to create something unique for any occasion.

How do I place a custom order?

Simply visit our customization page or contact us via email or phone with your ideas and preferences. We’ll work with you to design the perfect arrangement, and we’ll provide a timeline based on your needs.


How do I place an order?

You can easily place an order through our website or by contacting us directly for special requests. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process and ship it to you.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Yes, we offer local delivery and nationwide shipping. Delivery fees and times vary based on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Gcash, Maya and card payments. Payments must be completed before we begin processing your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, custom orders and special requests may not be eligible for modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.


What are your customer support hours?

Our support team is available every 8am - 8pm, every week. If you contact us outside of these hours, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

How long does it take to receive a response?

We typically respond within a day, but during peak seasons, it may take a little longer.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We are a home-based flower shop and currently operate online only. However, we offer delivery and pickup options for your convenience!

Do you offer live chat support?

Currently, we don’t offer live chat in our website, but you can reach us via email, phone, or thru our Facebook Page for quick assistance.
